Who needs you
One list of the people who need something from you today: whoever is still waiting on a reply, a reminder that has come due, a birthday inside the next two weeks, a to-do you left open.
Who's gone quiet
Merlin notices the people you used to write to often and haven't heard from, or written to, in two months. It shows you when you last spoke, before a gap becomes a distance.
One record per person
Every person has a page: who they are to you, how you met, family, pets, birthday, and a timeline of your emails, meetings and the moments you add. Notes, reminders and to-dos live there too.
Just tell it
Mention something in chat and Merlin files it on the right person. "Had lunch with Daniel today." "Sarah's dog is called Biscuit." You can also ask what it knows about anyone.
Errands, with your yes
Flowers, a table, a flight, a cancelled trial. Merlin does them in its own browser on the sites you already use, and nothing is paid, sent or cancelled until you approve it. It never asks for a password or a card number.

Use it wherever you'd use your own: a sign-up form, a newsletter, a booking, a waitlist. It's a separate address from your Gmail, and your Gmail carries on exactly as it is.
Urgent mail finds you
Merlin watches what arrives. A sign-in code or something that needs you today reaches you in chat, with the code or the deadline spelled out. Newsletters and promos stay where they landed.

Everything sent to the address sits in the Email tab, newest first. Search by sender or subject, open a message in place, or ask Merlin what a company sent you and when.

Read from the receipts, renewal notices and bank alerts in your Gmail, each one on the day it bills you. Open one to cancel it: Merlin does it on the site, in its own browser, and waits for your yes.

Yes. The free plan has no expiry and needs no card. It comes with 5,000 credits a month, two saved routines, meeting recording and most of the built-in routines. Paid plans add more credits, an email address for Merlin, and meeting transcripts.
No. Before it pays, books, sends, submits or deletes anything, Merlin shows you exactly what will happen, with the total and how it will be paid, and waits for your tap.
No. Merlin never asks for a password. It can use the sign-ins you choose to bring over from your own browser, and when a site wants a password, a passkey or an approval in an app, it hands the page to you.
Recordings and attachments stay on your Mac. Transcripts, notes and what Merlin remembers live in your account, and that memory is stored encrypted. You can delete your account and its data from Settings at any time.
Press Option + Space and Merlin opens over whatever is in front of you: Slack, Chrome, Photoshop, Finder, anything. It also connects to your Gmail and Google Calendar, and has a browser of its own for errands on the web.
